What
to wear to the class: When you first join the group
you will need to wear some loose clothing like a tracksuit pants (eventually you
will need to wear the group uniform). We perform Capoeira barefoot. For
your safety and the others, you will need to remove any jewellery that you may
wear like your watch etc...
